Download RustDesk (Mac)

Open the .dmg and drag RustDesk to your Applications folder. If macOS blocks it, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.

Then connect to our server: Open RustDesk, click the three-dot menu (⋯) → Network, and enter the following:

Once saved, come back here and click Launch Remote Support.

Read us your ID number A 9-digit ID appears in the app — just read it out loud over the phone.

Accept the connection Click "Accept" when prompted and your technician will be connected.
